BookForce
is keen to develop relationships with trade customers
- booksellers and wholesalers.
To
this end, there is a customer service team who can take
and manage orders, resolve queries and provide marketing
material and advice in support of books supplied.
General
despatch times are negotiated with publisher clients,
but these can be varied to provide more convenient service
intervals for the relevant bookstore or wholesaler e.g.
working around goods in time slots.
