BookForce's
Pre-Press department is based in Grantham at the company's
digital print facility.
The
department's main function is to prepare and make print-ready
files for clients for printing, but because there is specialist
scanning and file preparation software, the department:
- Prepares files from hardcopy books, manuscripts
or electronically received media.

Typesets books according to bespoke or pre-determined
standards.

Alters or adapts existing print or other files , for example
by changing font sizes, book sizes, inserting pages and
so forth.
